Klopp Industries LTD trading as Simple Poll makes use of some third party services (sub-processors), which have access to limited personal customer data. These sub-processors support the core offering of the Simple Poll service. Sub-processors provide services such as cloud infrastructure, email, file storage, analytics, user support, and payments processing.
Before engaging a sub-processor Simple Poll reviews the security and privacy practices of the sub-processor and if applicable takes additional steps to ensure a high standard of privacy practices.

All sub-processors are certified under the EU Model Clauses known as ‘Standard Contractual Clauses’ to meet GDPR requirements.
Over time, Simple Poll may seize the usage of a certain sub-processor or add a sub-processor if we believe that it will enhance our ability to deliver the Simple Poll service. We will periodically update this page to reflect additions and removals to our list of sub-processors.
